We are seeking an experienced Network Solutions Architect with expertise in the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise networks to join our highly skilled team. In this client-facing role, the Network Architect will take on a leadership position in designing and architecting cutting-edge enterprise network solutions while providing key support to our networking practice. The ideal candidate will possess both technical acumen and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams to deliver innovative solutions tailored to business needs.

Responsibilities

Architect complex network designs, including firewalls, switches, access points, and other solutions, to align with customer requirements.
Lead technical discussions to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications, such as Statements of Work (SOW) and Bills of Materials (BOM).
Collaborate with the Delivery team to ensure project design and client needs are met, driving customer satisfaction and successful outcomes.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including network assessments, capacity planning, detailed design documents, implementation and test plans, configuration templates, and scripts.
Conduct proof of concept demonstrations at client sites to validate solutions and drive customer confidence.
Provide ongoing technical support during sales engagements, working closely with the Sales team to craft strategies and educate clients on our client's capabilities.
Actively participate in peer review sessions to assist fellow engineers in enhancing the quality of deliverables.
Maintain relevant industry certifications to stay up to date with evolving technologies and best practices.

Requirements

Minimum of 8 years of experience with network solutions.
Minimum of 4 years of experience with network switches and access points.
Experience in deploying network and security solutions.
Expert-level network certification is required.
In-depth knowledge of LAN/WAN administration and concepts,
In-depth understanding of network engineering, security (endpoint and network firewall) architecture and design.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to create network diagrams and detailed design and implementation documentation.
Ability to architect, design, and troubleshoot complex LAN/WAN network solutions.
Extensive experience designing and deploying multi-site environments with VLAN, MPLS, SSL, and IPSEC connection points.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a broader team to achieve objectives.
Ability to follow defined methodologies to ensure the successful completion of engagements.
