Company Overview: We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a distinguished consulting partner specializing in Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. Our client has a reputation for delivering comprehensive and innovative IAM solutions, particularly within the financial sector.
Position Overview: Our client is seeking an experienced Ping Consultant for a contract position with the potential to convert to a full-time role. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with a wide range of Ping Identity products and a proven track record of implementing these solutions in the financial sector. This is a fully remote opportunity, available exclusively to individuals located within the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement identity and access management solutions using Ping Identity products (PingFederate, PingAccess, PingDirectory, PingID).
- Collaborate with financial sector clients to understand their IAM requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Integrate Ping Identity solutions with existing applications and infrastructure within financial environments.
- Develop custom connectors, policies, and workflows to enhance IAM functionalities specific to the financial sector.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Ping Identity implementations.
- Provide expert technical guidance and support to clients during the deployment and post-deployment phases.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in IAM and Ping Identity products.
- Participate in pre-sales activities, including requirement analysis and solution demonstrations.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and project managers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Extensive experience as a Ping Identity Consultant or in a similar role, specifically within the financial sector.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Ping Identity products (PingFederate, PingAccess, PingDirectory, PingID).
- Strong understanding of identity and access management principles and best practices.
- Experience with SSO, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and other authentication/authorization protocols.
- Experience with API integrations and development.
- Proficiency in scripting and programming languages (e.g., Java, JavaScript, Python).
- Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and related IAM integrations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Legal Permanent Resident.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant certifications in Ping Identity products.
- Prior experience implementing Ping solutions within the financial sector.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Prior consulting experience.
