Overview: We are currently seeking a talented Power Platform Engineer for a contract position to join a project with a customer of ours. As a Power Platform Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform components such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI This role requires expertise in both model-driven and canvas-driven app development to meet specific project deliverables and timelines.

You Will:

  • Designing, developing, and deploying scalable solutions on Microsoft Power Platform, focusing on Power Apps (model-driven and canvas-driven apps), Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.
  • Collaborating closely with project stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Building and customizing model-driven apps with a strong emphasis on data modeling, business process flows, and user interface customization.
  • Developing canvas-driven apps including UI/UX design, integration with custom connectors, and data source configurations.
  • Configuring Power Automate workflows to automate business processes and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Utilizing Power BI for data visualization, dashboard creation, and report generation.
  • Providing technical guidance and support to project teams and end-users as required.
  • Ensuring compliance with best practices and standards in Power Platform development.

You Have:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Power Platform Engineer or similar role in a contract capacity, with demonstrable experience in delivering successful Power Platform projects.
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Power Platform components: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.
  • Hands-on experience in designing and developing model-driven and canvas-driven apps within Power Apps.
  • Proficiency in configuring Power Automate for workflow automation and integration scenarios.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions within project timelines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
