The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and managing cloud infrastructure, implementing CI/CD pipelines, and automating deployment processes. This role will be pivotal in ensuring the scalability, reliability, and efficiency of our operational infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and deploy scalable and resilient cloud infrastructure on platforms like Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to support real-time AI applications.
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate the deployment and update processes, ensuring rapid and reliable delivery of enhancements.
  • Utilize Kubernetes for container orchestration and management, including customization of configurations to optimize performance and scalability.
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaaC) principles using Terraform to automate infrastructure provisioning and management, adapting configurations as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with the development team to integrate and deploy new AI models and algorithms into the production environment.
  • Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability and low latency.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges promptly.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in a DevOps role, with a strong focus on cloud infrastructure management and CI/CD pipeline development.
  • Expertise in Kubernetes for container orchestration and management, with hands-on experience in optimizing Kubernetes environments.
  • Familiarity with Flux for automated deployment and Helm for managing Kubernetes applications is a must.
  • Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaaC) tools such as Terraform, including customization of deployment scripts and templates.
  • Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including setting up and maintaining cloud-native applications.
  • Solid understanding of software development practices, version control systems (e.g., GitHub), and agile methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in production environments.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
