Role Summary
Join our clients dynamic IAM practice specializing in Okta and SailPoint solutions. This role blends client-facing tasks with high-quality deliverables, including polished proposals, product research, and daily project coordination. You'll assist with lead qualification, handle diverse tasks independently, and occasionally cover calls or attend conferences (up to 25% travel).
Key Responsibilities

Client Deliverables: Craft professional PowerPoint decks and proposals.
Client Interaction: Join screening calls, qualify leads, and guide discussions as needed.
Research: Conduct rapid IAM/security product research with actionable summaries.
Problem-Solving: Address ambiguous challenges with minimal oversight.
Coordination: Track action items, schedule meetings, and manage follow-ups.
Event Representation (Preferred): Attend conferences and client site visits.

Qualifications

Consulting Experience: 2+ years in consulting or equivalent client-facing roles.
Presentation Skills: Advanced PowerPoint and documentation expertise.
Technical Aptitude: IAM/security knowledge is a plus, with training provided.
Independence: Solve 80% of challenges autonomously.
Adaptability: Exceptional communication and quick thinking under pressure.
Pace: Proven ability to deliver quality work under tight deadlines.
Bonus: Interest in automation or tool-building.

First 3 Months Success

Deliver polished proposals with minimal revisions.
Confidently lead or contribute to client calls.
Provide impactful product research and insights.
Effectively support the practice lead by managing tasks independently.
