Business Analyst - Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to assess their specific needs, prioritize objectives, provide estimates, and define the project's scope.
• Oversee the management of project scope, timelines, and quality assurance.
• Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions, thoroughly examine, document, and analyze core client business processes.
• Design tailored solutions based on identified client needs.
• Implement a robust follow-up system to keep clients informed on project status and ensure satisfaction with the overall service.
• Organize and conduct training sessions for clients.
• Provide ongoing customer support, including report generation, data quality improvements, new system integrations, and more.

Requirements:

• A relevant degree or diploma, or a combination of education and experience that demonstrates proficiency.
• Preferably 5 to 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with the following key qualifications:
  • Strong background in investor reporting (preferred).
  • Expertise in SQL, including writing complex queries (essential).
  • Familiarity with JIRA (advantageous).
  • Experience in financial services (required).
  • Background in alternative investments (highly preferred).
• Demonstrates high energy, innovation, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Capable of translating complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand language for clients.
• Excellent organizational skills, able to maintain structure and focus in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
