Job Opportunity: Senior Data Engineer
Location: Pensacola/Fort Walton Beach, FL (5 days onsite)

Are you an experienced Data Engineer with a passion for building scalable data solutions?

We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join our clients growing team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to lead the charge in optimizing data infrastructure and contributing to a data-driven culture.

What You'll Do:

Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines using Azure, Azure Data Factory, and SQL.
Work with large, complex datasets, ensuring data is structured, cleansed, and available for analysis.
Collaborate with the Data Analyst and BI Developer to build the right solutions and improve reporting processes.
Provide thought leadership on best practices and solutions for data engineering within the Microsoft tech stack.
Work closely with the Director of Engineering and the wider engineering team.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience with Azure, Azure Data Factory, and SQL.
Familiarity with Power BI and data analytics principles.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to architect solutions for complex data workflows.
Previous experience with large-scale data engineering projects or similar responsibilities.
Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work across teams to drive data initiatives forward.

Preferred:

Experience with KQL (Kusto Query Language) for querying data.
