DevOps System Engineer - TS/SCI with Full Scope Poly Required

An exciting consultancy are looking for an experienced DevOps System Engineer to support their government client based in Annapolis Junction, Maryland.

The role is 100% on site and they require candidates to have an active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Poly.

The main responsibilities of the role include implementing optimization and automation across diverse platforms and applications. The role utilizes modern technologies such as Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Ansible, Terraform, Python, Linux, and more.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

• Demonstrated experience in collaborating with teams on substantial projects, preferably leveraging AWS and proficient in scripting languages like Bash, Ruby, and Python.
• Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization.
• Ability to establish CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with Agile software development and DevOps principles, adept at collaborating with mid-to-large size teams.
• Experience with comprehending customer requirements and transforming them into functional, production-ready code and infrastructure.
• Extensive knowledge of AWS (S3, VPCs & Networking, EC2, ECS/EKS), Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, Registries), Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation), CI/CD (Jenkins/GitHub Actions).
• Candidates require an active TS/SCI clearance with a Full Scope Polygraph in order to be considered.
