Responsibilities:

Lead Data Science Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to support research and development goals.
Team Management: Oversee and mentor a team of data scientists, bioinformaticians, and analysts.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with research, clinical, and regulatory teams to integrate data science into projects.
Data Analysis: Conduct and supervise complex data analyses to derive actionable insights.
Innovative Solutions: Apply advanced statistical and machine learning models to solve biological problems.
Data Infrastructure: Develop and maintain robust data infrastructure and pipelines.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with regulatory standards.
External Collaboration: Represent the company in collaborations with academic institutions and industry partners.
Reporting: Communicate findings to stakeholders through reports and presentations.

Experience required:

MS or PhD in Biostatistics.
7+ years in Biotech/Pharma
Proficient in statistical software.
Clear communicator of statistical concepts.
People management experience
