We're looking for a visionary Head of Machine Learning to lead the ML strategy, build scalable data infrastructure and unlock critical biological insights through cutting-edge algorithms. You'll work cross-functionally with our bioinformatics, engineering and research teams to drive innovation.

🔍 What You'll Do:

  • Build and lead a high-performing ML team from the ground up
  • Design and implement machine learning models for RNA-seq analysis and predictive modeling
  • Develop end-to-end pipelines for omics data, from preprocessing to deployment
  • Collaborate with domain experts to translate complex biological data into actionable insights
  • Evaluate emerging tools and techniques in ML, deep learning and genomics

  • Frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, XGBoost
  • Bioinformatics Tools: STAR, Salmon, Kallisto, Seurat

You Bring:

  • PhD or MS in Computer Science, Computational Biology, Bioinformatics or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience applying ML to biological or healthcare data
  • Deep understanding of RNA-seq technologies and large-scale genomics data
  • Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring data science/ML teams
  • Excellent communication and the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration
