Head of Marketing

iO Associates are currently working with a new and exciting DAO Web3 trading company who are looking to establish themselves in the market. The company are being incubated by a much larger and established Blockchain company, and the future roadmap looks extremely exciting.

We are looking to hire a Head of Marketing to help ensure the smooth launch and success of the company, the role offers someone the opportunity to have fully visibility and control over all aspects of the marketing process, and ultimately building a successful brand and community in the Web3 space.

Ambition and passion for Web3, are key attributes that a successful applicant will possess. As well as experience in successfully establishing and growing a brand in the Web3 or DeFi space.

Day to day, you will be required to:

• Create short/medium/long term marking strategies in line with the roadmap
• Manage and grow the community
• Establish and implement social media strategy across Discord/Twitter/Telegram etc.
• Grow a strong brand, with clear identity
• Work closely with product team to establish the market strategy
• Develop market strategy for acquisition of new partnerships

This is an executive level role, and our client are offering extremely strong base pay as well as a large amount of the DAO coin. For which they are looking at a minimum of 4x valuation.
