Job Title: Ping Identity Developer
Location: 100% Remote (United States)

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Ping Identity Developer to join our team. As a Ping Identity Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing identity solutions using Ping Identity products. This is a fully remote position, providing you the flexibility to work from anywhere within the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement identity and access management solutions using Ping Identity products (PingFederate, PingAccess, PingDirectory, PingID).
- Collaborate with clients to understand their IAM requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Integrate Ping Identity solutions with existing applications and infrastructure.
- Develop custom connectors, policies, and workflows to enhance IAM functionalities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Ping Identity implementations.
- Provide technical guidance and support to clients during the deployment and post-deployment phases.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in IAM and Ping Identity products.
- Participate in pre-sales activities, including requirement analysis and solution demonstrations.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and project managers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Ping Identity Developer or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of Ping Identity products (PingFederate, PingAccess, PingDirectory, PingID).
- Strong understanding of identity and access management principles and best practices.
- Experience with SSO, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and other authentication/authorization protocols.
- Experience with API integrations and development.
- Proficiency in scripting and programming languages (e.g., Java, JavaScript, Python).
- Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and related IAM integrations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Legal Permanent Resident.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant certifications in Ping Identity products.
- Experience with Okta and/or SailPoint.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Prior consulting experience.
