Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Okta Workforce Identity Consultant to work with us on a part-time, project-based basis. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Okta Workforce Identity with experience as a solutions architect in Okta Identity Governance, including Access Requests, Access certifications, role governance, and other key governance capabilities. You will work with our clients to deliver successful implementations and provide guidance on best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide consulting services for Okta Workforce Identity projects, including design, implementation, and support
• Implement and configure Okta Identity Governance features such as identity lifecycle management, access requests, access certifications, and role governance
• Experience in Okta hub and spoke model
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues during project execution
• Collaborate with our team to develop best practices and solutions tailored to client needs
• Offer flexible, as-needed availability to support various ongoing projects

Qualifications:

• Strong experience with Okta Workforce Identity and Okta Identity Governance
• Proven experience with identity lifecycle management, access certifications, and role governance
• Hands-on experience with Okta deployments and troubleshooting
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills

Availability:

This is a part-time, project-based role with flexible hours depending on project needs. Work is primarily remote.
