**What You'll Do:**
As our SACM Analyst, you will play a critical role in managing IT assets and configuration items. Your key responsibilities will include:
- **Asset Management:** Track and manage IT assets throughout their lifecycle, ensuring accurate and accessible asset information.
- **Configuration Management:** Maintain our Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and ensure the accuracy of all configuration items (CIs).
- **Data Integrity:** Conduct audits and reconciliation activities to ensure high-quality data within the CMDB and asset repositories.
- **Process Improvement:** Contribute to the continuous enhancement of SACM processes, policies, and guidelines.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with IT teams to communicate SACM policies and provide training and support.
- **Tool Administration:** Manage SACM tools, customize them to meet organizational needs, and provide user support.
- **Reporting & Analysis:** Generate insightful reports to support decision-making and identify opportunities for optimization.
**Key Skills You'll Bring:**
- Strong knowledge of ITIL practices, particularly around SACM.
- Proficiency in managing CMDBs and asset management tools.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Organizational and time management expertise.
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools is a plus.
