Job Description: SailPoint Consultant (Part-Time, Long-Term Contract)


Position: SailPoint Consultant
Hours: 20-40 hours per week
Contract Type: Long-Term Contract
Location: 100% Remote (No Travel)
Overview:
Our client, an industry-leading IAM consulting firm, is seeking an experienced SailPoint Consultant for a part-time, long-term contract role. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SailPoint IdentityNow/IdentityIQ, SecZetta, and NERM (Non-Employee Risk Management). This position requires hands-on implementation experience, with a proven track record of designing, configuring, and optimizing identity and access management (IAM) solutions to meet organizational requirements.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for identity governance and non-employee risk management.
  • Design, implement, and maintain SailPoint solutions with a focus on IdentityNow/IdentityIQ, SecZetta, and NERM integrations.
  • Configure workflows, policies, and connectors to automate IAM processes and enhance security.
  • Develop and maintain role-based access controls (RBAC) and policy-driven access management frameworks.
  • Integrate SailPoint with various applications, systems, and directories.
  • Ensure successful onboarding and lifecycle management of non-employees using SecZetta and NERM capabilities.
  • Perform periodic access reviews, compliance reporting, and risk assessments.
  • Provide technical expertise, troubleshooting, and support for SailPoint, SecZetta, and NERM-related issues.
  • Stay updated on the latest IAM trends, tools, and best practices to improve the organization's security posture.


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience with SailPoint IdentityNow or IdentityIQ.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with SecZetta and/or NERM.
  • Proven implementation experience in identity lifecycle management, access governance, and compliance frameworks.
  • Experience in integrating SailPoint with third-party tools, systems, and directories (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP, HR systems).
  • Proficiency in configuring workflows, rules, and policies within SailPoint.
  • Strong understanding of IAM security concepts, risk management, and non-employee management processes.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results in a remote, part-time capacity.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.


Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automating tasks.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards such as SOX, GDPR, or HIPAA.
  • Experience with cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
