Collaborate on pre-sales activities, including initial prospect meetings, product demonstrations, and proposal development.
Lead the installation, integration, and deployment of ISC products within client environments.
Support clients post-implementation through user testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and environment maintenance.
Clearly communicate technical and functional aspects of both the product and implementation to clients and partners as appropriate for the audience.
Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure alignment on scope, schedule, status updates, and documentation.

The ideal candidate should have experience with the following:

4+ years of professional experience within an enterprise software company or systems integrator, including 2+ years in enterprise software implementation as both a developer and architect.
Strong communication skills with a proven track record of collaborating effectively with clients.
Experience with technologies such as Sun, Oracle, IBM, and Novell (preferred).
Familiarity with Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and provisioning is a plus.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or 8 years of equivalent experience.
