Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated CRM Marketing Specialist. In this position, you'll play a key role in executing, analyzing, and optimizing marketing and transactional communication campaigns across various digital channels, including email, SMS, website messaging, and physical mail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the CRM marketing calendar, ensuring seamless coordination with cross-functional teams on upcoming and ongoing campaigns.
  • Act as a key resource for email and SMS platforms, driving efficiency improvements, resolving technical issues, and suggesting strategies to enhance campaign performance.
  • Lead the development and execution of both spontaneous promotional campaigns and routine transactional messaging, including audience segmentation, A/B testing, automated workflows, and campaign scheduling.
  • Address and resolve technical issues in areas such as HTML template configurations, list management, opt-outs, and automation triggers.
  • Track the effectiveness of email and SMS campaigns using relevant KPIs, conduct performance analysis, and share regular reporting on results.
  • Oversee the creation of email briefs, copywriting requests, and necessary updates, ensuring consistency with the brand's voice.
  • Take on other tasks as required.

Qualifications:
Required Experience:

  • A degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field (preferred), or relevant professional experience.
  • 3 to 5 years of marketing experience, with at least 1 to 2 years focused on email marketing. Experience managing promotional and transactional email campaigns within e-commerce is a must. Familiarity with SMS and direct mail is an advantage.
  • Strong data analysis skills, particularly in A/B testing and email optimization, with the ability to use insights to drive improvements.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Experience using ESPs, CRMs, and marketing technologies, with knowledge of tools such as Iterable being beneficial.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and similar web analytics tools, along with basic SQL skills, and the ability to navigate marketing data platforms.
  • Proven track record of creating monthly content and developing multi-step email automation.
  • Experience analyzing marketing campaign data to measure success and adjust strategies.
