Job Title: Senior Power Platform Developer (Contract)
Location: Remote (EST)
Contract Length: 6+ months
Rate: $85/hr C2C

Job Description:


We are seeking an experienced Senior Power Platform Developer to join our dynamic team on a 6+ month contract basis. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven apps), Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Pages. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining applications, workflows, and websites using the Power Platform suite. The role requires a strong understanding of business requirements and the ability to translate them into high-quality, scalable solutions.

You Will:

  • Design, develop, and implement Canvas and Model-driven applications on Power Apps to meet business needs.
  • Design and develop engaging, secure, and scalable Power Pages websites that integrate with other Power Platform components.
  • Customize and enhance Power Platform solutions, ensuring optimal functionality and user experience.
  • Leverage Power Automate to create workflows and automate business processes across various systems.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing applications, websites, and workflows, troubleshoot issues, and implement fixes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and stakeholders, to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for Power Platform applications, workflows, and websites.
  • Ensure security, performance, and compliance standards are met across all applications and websites.

You Have

  • Proven experience with Power Apps, specifically Canvas and Model-driven app development.
  • Hands-on experience in building and maintaining Power Pages websites.
  • Strong knowledge of Power Automate for workflow automation.
  • Experience integrating Power Platform with other Microsoft 365 services (e.g., SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Teams).
  • Familiarity with Power BI and creating dashboards/reports.
  • Proficiency in DAX, Power Query, and other Power BI-related tools is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of Azure Active Directory and security roles within the Power Platform.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with custom connectors in Power Automate and Power Apps.
  • Familiarity with Dataverse and Common Data Service (CDS).
  • Background in enterprise-level application development and deployment.
  • Knowledge of best practices in application performance optimization and data security.
  • Experience designing secure, scalable, and user-friendly websites using Power Pages.
