We are working with a industry leading firm on a Senior Solution Engineer search. Responsbilities and requirements below.

Responsibilities:

• Combines an ability to communicate complex information in easily understandable ways with a deep understanding of business processes and constraints across assigned functions.
• Guides users through road mapping, defining requirements, and delivering solutions, while also assessing business issues and processes, creating alternative solutions and improvements, and offering recommendations to project teams and business stakeholders.
• Maintains awareness of business data, industry standards, and regulatory requirements for assigned areas while ensuring compliance with development, quality, and operational standards, including SDLC. Oversees and executes the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, data migration, and testing elements of implementations, including specifications.
• Generates functional and technical documentation, supports the creation, execution, and oversight of test plans, and trains both trainers and end users on software releases. Additionally, mentors and supports interns and departmental colleagues in their development.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of relevant work experience
• Implementation experience
• Strong experience working with financial and HR teams for implementation
• Experience in SDLC (Waterfall/Agile)
• Proficient in the functionality, development toolset, system architecture and system setups of ERP, Reporting Tools, and ERP
• Strong SQL experience
• IBM AS400 experience
