Position Overview:
Seeking a highly experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist with deep expertise in ServiceNow to lead and execute change initiatives that drive user adoption and operational transformation. This role requires a strategic thinker and hands-on professional who can develop and deliver training programs, effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, and possess the technical aptitude to understand and optimize complex workflows within the ServiceNow platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Change Management & User Adoption
- Develop and execute comprehensive OCM strategies for ServiceNow implementations, upgrades, and process enhancements.
- Apply prosci-based or similar change management methodologies to ensure successful end-user adoption.
- Create and implement strategies to measure and increase employee engagement and platform utilization.
Training & Enablement
- Design, develop, and deliver high-impact ServiceNow training programs for end users, administrators, and executives.
- Develop customized training materials including user guides, e-learning modules, and hands-on workshops.
- Conduct live and virtual training sessions, ensuring all stakeholders are proficient in new workflows and system capabilities.
- Continuously refine training content based on feedback and platform updates.
Communication & Stakeholder Engagement
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executives, business leaders, and technical teams, ensuring alignment on change initiatives.
- Develop and execute communication plans to articulate the benefits and impact of ServiceNow implementations.
- Act as a liaison between IT teams, business units, and executive leadership to translate technical concepts into business value.
Technical Acumen & ServiceNow Expertise
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow modules including ITSM, HRSD, SecOps, CSM, and Employee Center.
- Work closely with ServiceNow developers, architects, and administrators to understand system capabilities and limitations.
- Translate complex workflows into simple, user-friendly processes.
- Provide feedback on UI/UX improvements to enhance user experience.
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in organizational change management with a focus on IT transformation projects.
- Extensive hands-on experience with ServiceNow implementations and user adoption strategies.
- Proven ability to create and deliver effective training programs for technical and non-technical users.
- Strong technical aptitude to understand and simplify complex workflows for different audiences.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Experience working in enterprise environments with cross-functional teams.
- Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) is preferred.
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist, Certified System Administrator, or ServiceNow Certified Trainer) are a plus.
