A leading consultancy are looking for a Software Engineering and Solution Engineering Leader to join an active contract with one of their clients.

The role focuses on driving capabilities that lead to market leadership within the Behavioral Health sector. The technology strategy is closely aligned with the overall business goals, enabling the individual to shape both technological and business outcomes. In addition to this, the candidate will play a key role in recruiting and mentoring team members, including both employees and vendor resources, to help build and sustain a top-tier Delivery Vertical.

This position provides significant visibility with senior leadership, who are fully committed to supporting the success of the initiative. The solution takes advantage of cutting-edge technologies and development methodologies, such as Open Source Integration Frameworks, E-Business Process Management, Oracle High Availability Database Platforms, Agile, Continuous Integration, Behavior/Test Driven Development, AWS, Docker, and more.

Key responsibilities include:

Providing leadership and vision for engineering and architectural design
Experience interacting with and reporting to C-Suite members.
Guiding the team to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
Aligning engineering solutions with broader business objectives
Mentoring and growing the team while ensuring technical excellence
experience in leading technical teams, managing vendors in an onshore/offshore model, and familiarity with modern delivery practices like CI/CD and Agile methodologies.
