We are looking for an Analytics Consultant to join our clients growing team. Responsibilities and requirements below:

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand analytical needs and defining the problem at hand.
Craft and deploying analytic solutions, discover patterns and derive features, choose appropriate variables, test different algorithms, evaluate performance, and develop concise communication materials for both internal teams and external clients.
Develop and implement data-driven strategies to address business challenges and improve decision-making processes.
Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights, and present findings in a clear and actionable format.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define project goals, establish metrics, and deliver comprehensive reports and recommendations.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience working in Data Analytics focused positions
Advanced Degree in quantitative field
EXCEPTIONAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE IS A MUST
Experience with Python, R, SQL
Heavy experience manipulating datasets for insights in SQL
