Business Intelligence Developer

Looking to work for a leading financial technology firm in Boca Raton, FL? Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Intelligence Developer with expertise in Power BI and SSRS to join our team. As a Business Intelligence Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing reporting solutions that enable our organization to make data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement reporting solutions using Power BI and SSRS
• Work with stakeholders to identify reporting requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
• Build and maintain complex data models, visualizations, and dashboards.
• Support the Enterprise Architect and Lead BI Developer in analyzing organizational business intelligence needs and pain points, helping define BI roadmap opportunities, and improving enterprise BI standards, and the overall enterprise data management framework.
• Identify areas for process improvement and automation to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure that all reporting solutions are secure, scalable, and maintainable.
• Assist in the analysis, mapping, and sourcing of ERP, CRM, Anaplan, and data lake data sets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience in Business Intelligence development using Power BI and SSRS
• Expertise in data modeling, data visualization, and dashboard design.
• Strong SQL and cloud native product delivery experience. Experience with document-based NoSQL databases, data modeling, and ML integration preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Experience documenting solutions using flowcharts, wireframes, design documents, etc. and using tools like Visio or other tools for documentation.
