We're looking for a results-driven Financial Analyst to support strategic decision-making through forecasting, financial reporting, and operational analysis. This role will work cross-functionally to deliver insights that drive business performance and ensure financial health.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze financial data and trends to support budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making.
Develop financial models and reports for leadership reviews and strategic planning.
Conduct variance analysis and identify key performance drivers.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and risk teams to evaluate new initiatives and investments.
Track and report on operational metrics, product yields, delinquency, dealer performance, and cash flow.
Support monthly and quarterly reporting, including dashboards, scorecards, and board materials.
Partner with accounting to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
Manage risk and collections reporting, including daily delinquency, loan modifications, and impairment analysis.
Respond to ad hoc data requests and perform special financial projects as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
5+ years of experience in financial or business analysis, preferably in financial services.
Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial modeling and large data sets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Able to work independently and partner across departments.
