RPA Analyst

Philly (Hybrid)

Our Client is seeking an experienced Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Analyst to join their growing team. As a Robotic Process Automation Analyst, you will be responsible for interacting with internal business stakeholders and utilizing workflow software platforms to automate business processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage full lifecycle of automation projects using advanced robotic process automation (RPA) tools.
  • Design, implement, and optimize automated solutions to streamline operations and enhance accuracy.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members in RPA development and analysis.
  • Deploy and maintain automated processes for tasks such as data entry, extraction, and repetitive operations.
  • Consult with stakeholders to identify operational challenges and regulatory compliance needs, proposing automated solutions to enhance efficiency.
  • Recommend process enhancements through business process analysis and automation technology capabilities.
  • Collaborate with software developers and technology leaders to integrate automated solutions into broader technology initiatives.
  • Conduct user training and ensure solutions meet business requirements through thorough analysis and user feedback.
  • Resolve operational issues and optimize automated workflows to minimize disruptions and improve performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a similar discipline.
  • At least two (2) years of hands-on experience in robotic process automation, with a demonstrated ability to manage RPA projects from start to finish in an Analyst/Engineer capacity.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel with strong analytical skills.
  • Experience working with data storage and data management environments.
  • Solid expertise in MS SQL for database management.
  • Knowledge of process mapping, workflow design, and business analysis.
  • Strong ability to create clear and detailed technical documentation.

Preferred:

  • Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools, including RPA and process orchestration platforms
  • Proficient in using APIs for seamless data transfer and process automation.
  • Relevant certifications in automation platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
  • Skilled in programming with technologies such as MS SQL, Python, Snowflake, and PostgreSQL.
  • Familiarity with the BetaNXT platform and its applications.
