Our client, a leading IAM consulting firm, is seeking a Director of Alliances to expand and capitalize on partnerships across the broader IAM ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a multi-vendor alliance strategy, leveraging partnerships beyond a single provider.
  • Manage and grow relationships with key IAM and security vendors, identifying opportunities for joint solutions and market expansion.
  • Work closely with sales and delivery teams to align alliance strategies with revenue goals.
  • Identify and nurture channel partners, particularly those ready to move into a director-level alliances role.
  • Drive pipeline growth through partner collaboration, ensuring alignment on GTM strategies and co-selling initiatives.
  • Travel nationwide (50%) to engage with partners, attend industry events, and foster relationships.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of IAM alliances, partner management, or sales experience
  • Proven success in quota-carrying roles
  • Strong knowledge of PAM and CIAM solutions
  • Experience working with major IAM vendors and building go-to-market strategies.
  • Background in channel sales, alliances, or business development, with a track record of scaling partnerships.
  • Comfortable with travel requirements to meet with partners and industry stakeholders.
