VP/Head of Data & Technology Operations
NYC (Midtown 3x week Onsight)

About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Data & Technology Operations to lead and optimize the operations of our Data & Technology teams. This is an exciting opportunity to shape and manage operational processes, vendor relationships, budgeting, and strategic initiatives that support the company's technology and data-driven goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of Data & Technology teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Manage key vendor partnerships and external collaborations to optimize service delivery.
Lead budgeting and financial planning for Data & Technology operations.
Drive strategic initiatives to improve operational efficiency across technology and data functions.
Collaborate with senior leadership, including the Chief Data Officer, to develop and implement operational strategies.
Support employee relations, talent management, and performance optimization within the teams.

Qualifications:

Extensive experience in operations leadership within Data & Technology environments.
Strong background in managing large teams, vendor relations, and budget planning in complex organizations.
Previous experience in the financial services or insurance sectors.
A deep understanding of operational efficiency, process improvement, and leadership in technology-driven environments.
Located in New York City or willing to relocate.
