Location: Chicago, IL (Onsite)
Rate: $80 per hour (C2C)

iO Associates is proud to be working with a leading Life Sciences organization that's driving innovation at the intersection of healthcare, data, and technology.

We're looking for a Salesforce Gen AI Architect to join a high-impact team working on AI-powered Salesforce solutions that directly contribute to advancing patient outcomes, streamlining operations, and accelerating research and development in the life sciences space.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and implement scalable AI solutions using Salesforce Einstein, Data Cloud, and third-party ML frameworks.

  • Lead the integration of AI models into Salesforce CRM systems across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Health Cloud.

  • Collaborate with scientists, analysts, and technical teams to design data-driven solutions that address real-world challenges in life sciences.

  • Build and oversee high-performing teams, and drive best practices in data architecture, model training, and deployment.

  • Ensure adherence to data governance, privacy, and regulatory compliance standards, crucial in healthcare and pharma environments.

✅ Required Skills & Experience:

  • Deep experience with Salesforce platforms (Einstein, Apex, Lightning).

  • Strong background in AI/ML (NLP, predictive analytics, recommendation systems) using tools like TensorFlow and PyTorch.

  • Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Salesforce integrations.

  • Experience managing onshore and offshore teams, with full lifecycle implementation knowledge.

  • Proven track record in budgeting, client stakeholder engagement, and driving strategic project outcomes.

  • Prior experience working in or with regulated industries (life sciences, healthcare, pharma) is highly desirable.

  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
