iO Associates are currently recruiting for a Workplace experience platform that helps your team manage everything from employee communications to physical office spaces. They are currently seeking a Technical Product Marketing Manager.

This person will collaborate with various teams across marketing, product, and technical departments to align on the creation and execution of both internal and customer-facing assets. This role involves collecting, analyzing, and sharing competitive insights and marketing intelligence through diverse research methods while developing and distributing persuasive marketing materials. You will leverage data from market, customer, and field research to shape impactful sales strategies and marketing initiatives that directly support our growth.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and creative skills, with the ability to execute tasks independently. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Product and Partner Marketing, you will receive guidance on project aspects while working closely with other marketing and product teams to ensure product features and benefits align with customer needs. You will help implement marketing strategies, align business stakeholders, and support reporting efforts.

A Day in the Life of a Product Marketing Manager:

  • Gain a comprehensive technical understanding of the company's products
  • Conduct research to define target buyer personas, customer journey, and win-loss analysis
  • Lead competitive and market research, establishing yourself as the go-to expert on competitive products and solutions
  • Use product knowledge to create and sustain adoption strategies that drive product-led growth
  • Represent customer perspectives in cross-functional project teams
  • Oversee task-level marketing activities for global product releases and ongoing product support
  • Collaborate with teams across the organization to develop messaging and communication plans
  • Equip the sales team with data-driven strategies, scalable content, and support for consultative deals
  • Work with Sales and Product teams to build competitive positioning
  • Prepare key marketing materials, including battle cards, playbooks, and presentations
  • Participate in industry events and share insights on trends and the state of the market

What You'll Need:

  • At least 5 years of experience in product marketing for B2B SaaS products
  • Technical understanding of the software development lifecycle
  • Experience in market and competitive analysis
  • A proven history of successfully managing product launches
  • Familiarity with marketing frameworks such as Pragmatic Marketing
  • Experience with Salesforce and Gainsight
  • Strong history of collaborating with cross-functional teams, especially with Product
  • Skilled in creating effective marketing messaging for both internal and external audiences
  • Excellent written, analytical, and communication skills, along with strong presentation abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, ensuring they stay on strategy, within scope, and on time
  • Comfortable working in a results-driven, metrics-oriented environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
