My customer is a dynamic and agile consulting firm focused on providing software engineering, data engineering, cloud, and product management solutions. Working with enterprise-level clients, they excel in delivering value within the financial services and capital markets sectors.


Role Overview:
As an Account Executive, you'll lead end-to-end sales efforts, from generating leads to closing strategic, high-value opportunities, and navigate multi-stakeholder environments to establish trusted client relationships to drive meaningful business impact.


Responsibilities:

  • Sales: Drive all aspects of the sales process-lead generation, business development, qualification, opportunity management, and close within a typical 3-6 month sales cycle.
  • Market Expansion: Utilize your pre-existing network and develop new relationships in to strategic account opportunities.
  • Client Engagement: Proactively engage with clients, travel as needed to foster strong connections, and build trust, without an extensive travel commitment.
  • Proposal Development: Collaborate closely with the solutions team to assess infrastructure needs, develop targeted proposals, and present solutions that address client-specific challenges in data management, cloud, and engineering.
  • Sales Operations & Strategy: Leverage your operational chops to manage CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot), coordinate with marketing on campaigns, and adapt your sales approach dynamically based on evolving client needs and market insights.
  • Team Collaboration: Work as a critical team member alongside Marketing, Practice Leads and Client Success to support seamless transitions pre and post-sale.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5-8 years in B2B enterprise sales, ideally within the consulting and technology sectors. A focus on supporting financial services or capital markets is a plus.
  • Skills: Proven track record in lead generation, sales, and delivering high-value client solutions with the ability to focus in on client-specific needs, based on broader strategic goals.
  • Technical Understanding: Familiarity with AWS, Snowflake, Databricks, and other cloud/data platforms is highly valued.
  • Communication & Networking: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to actively network and manage relationships over extended sales cycles.
  • Drive & Teamwork: Highly motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset, excellent work ethic, and commitment to teamwork. This is a values-oriented team with a focus on integrity and professionalism.

Compensation:

Base + Performance Based Bonus
