Our client is a leading Identity and Access Management (IAM) consulting partner specializing in delivering implementation and professional services for enterprise security solutions. They work with Fortune 500 companies to design, implement, and optimize IAM strategies that enhance security, compliance, and efficiency.



Role Overview


We are seeking a highly experienced Account Executive to drive IAM services sales (not software) in the U.S. market. This role focuses on selling implementation, advisory, and managed services related to IAM solutions, with an emphasis on CyberArk, Ping Identity, and other enterprise IAM platforms (excluding Okta).
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IAM services sales, strong client relationship skills, and the ability to work with technical teams to scope and deliver IAM solutions.



Key Responsibilities

  • Drive IAM Services Sales - Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to sell IAM consulting, implementation, and managed services.
  • Build & Maintain Client Relationships - Engage with security leaders, CISOs, and IT executives to understand their IAM needs and position our client's service offerings as the solution.
  • Manage the Full Sales Cycle - From lead generation and proposal development to contract negotiation and deal closure.
  • Collaborate with Delivery Teams - Work closely with IAM architects and consultants to scope and position implementation solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Meet and Exceed Sales Targets - Consistently achieve revenue and growth goals by identifying new business opportunities.
  • Industry Networking - Represent the company at IAM and cybersecurity conferences, webinars, and industry events to generate leads and strengthen partnerships.


Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in IAM services sales (not software sales).
  • Strong track record selling CyberArk, Ping Identity, or other IAM services (excluding Okta).
  • Proven success in closing large, multi-year IAM services contracts.
  • Strong understanding of IAM implementation, professional services, and managed services.
  • Last employer tenure of 3+ years (we are looking for stability, not frequent job changes).
  • Experience working with enterprise clients, Fortune 500 companies, or large-scale IAM projects.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working for an IAM consulting firm or professional services provider.
  • Familiarity with IAM frameworks, security compliance (NIST, SOC 2, PCI DSS, etc.), and Zero Trust.
  • Experience selling multi-million dollar IAM services engagements.
