Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage large-scale IAM programs, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
Collaborate with stakeholders, including C-suite executives, IT teams, and end users, to define program objectives and deliverables.
Develop and maintain detailed program plans, schedules, and status reports.
Oversee the implementation and integration of IAM solutions, such as Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Identity Governance Administration (IGA).
Manage program risks, dependencies, and issues, providing timely mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements, such as PCI DSS, SOC 2, or FedRAMP.
Facilitate regular client communications, program reviews, and status updates.
Provide leadership and guidance to project managers, engineers, and other team members.
Drive continuous improvement by analyzing program outcomes and lessons learned.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Program Manager, with a focus on Identity and Access Management or cybersecurity.
Strong understanding of IAM concepts and technologies, including authentication, authorization, and user lifecycle management.
Experience with industry-leading IAM platforms such as Okta, Ping Identity, Microsoft Entra (Azure AD), or SailPoint.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2).
Project Management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile are a plus.
