Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage large-scale IAM programs, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including C-suite executives, IT teams, and end users, to define program objectives and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain detailed program plans, schedules, and status reports.
  • Oversee the implementation and integration of IAM solutions, such as Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Identity Governance Administration (IGA).
  • Manage program risks, dependencies, and issues, providing timely mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements, such as PCI DSS, SOC 2, or FedRAMP.
  • Facilitate regular client communications, program reviews, and status updates.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project managers, engineers, and other team members.
  • Drive continuous improvement by analyzing program outcomes and lessons learned.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Program Manager, with a focus on Identity and Access Management or cybersecurity.
  • Strong understanding of IAM concepts and technologies, including authentication, authorization, and user lifecycle management.
  • Experience with industry-leading IAM platforms such as Okta, Ping Identity, Microsoft Entra (Azure AD), or SailPoint.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2).
  • Project Management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile are a plus.
